Due to popular demand tickets to the VIP Masters Club are selling fast. Offering the best seats in the house, the Masters Club offers visitors to the event the chance to savour a gastronomic dinner or lunch specially prepared by 2 * Michelin chef Yves Mattagne.
“I’m delighted to return to Hong Kong for this extraordinary event. Asia has always been a great source of inspiration for me and I am looking forward to providing our guests with an unforgettable dining experience at the Masters Club,” Mattagne said.
He will present different menus on each of the three days of the Longines Hong Kong Masters. Some of the delicious dishes he will prepare include Baltic Salmon, Poached Maine Lobster and White Chocolate Pannacotta.
Tables for 6 or 8 people are located alongside the main ring and provide diners with a close up view of the magnificent horses and their riders during the world class show jumping competition.
The Masters Club will host four sessions over the three days and packages include an official souvenir program, a glass of Veuve Clicquot on arrival, three-course service and fine wines by Antoine Mouiex.
With less than one month until the Longines Hong Kong Masters begin organisers strongly recommend that you book now to avoid the disappointment of missing out.
