Visitors to the second edition of the Longines Hong Kong Masters enjoyed a unique chance to get insight from some of the best riders in the world at a series of Masterclasses that were staged throughout the day.

One of the world’s leading female riders Edwina Tops-Alexander joined Hong Kong star Kenneth Cheng to give members of Hong Kong Junior Equestrian Team a private lesson in the main ring this evening.

These aspiring young riders are the future of equestrian sport in Hong Kong and relished the opportunity to ride top class horses specially brought to Hong Kong from Les Ecuries d'Ecaussinnes in Belgium.

One day in the future there is a distinct chance that they might be representing Hong Kong on the Longines Hong Kong Masters stage.
