While sports fans are looking forward to the program of this new edition, the Gucci Paris Masters will provide young people with a special and dedicated welcome area.
Sponsored by the Fonds Eperon and Cheval Star magazine, the Gucci Paris Masters launches the Children's Village which will bring together young enthusiasts through a variety of workshops for a moment of relaxation and joy.
The Children's Village will provide an opportunity for young people to discover the world of horse riding through fun activities, including a drawing workshop with professional illustrators from Cheval Star magazine, and by participating in arts and crafts (coloring, makeup).
This area of discovery will allow more young people to become familiar with the practice of horse riding, thanks to the pony stables. In addition, a competition organized by Cheval Star magazine will allow two children to win an extraordinary day at the Gucci Paris Masters 2013 during which they will visit behind the scenes, discover the magic of the stables with a groom and enjoy a unique experience by walking over the course with a 5* rider.
The professional riders and celebrities of the competition will also be meeting children during autographs and photo sessions.
This year, children from charities including Tout le monde chante contre le cancer, Petits Princes, 1 Maillot Pour la Vie, SOS Village d’Enfants and Pas d’Enfants Sans Vacances will fulfill their dreams during the Gucci Paris Masters. Children from schools in Villepinte will be welcomed as neighbours to discover the world of horse riding.
Finally, aside from the sporting events at the Gucci Paris Masters, children will be happy to watch the traditional Shetland pony race, for riders from 8 to 12 years old, scheduled on Sunday, December 8th at 1.45pm.
